The literature indicates that the increase of harmful use of drugs by adolescents is considered a public health issue that needs articulated actions between services of the intersectoral network as a way to strengthen the protective factors of this public. In this article, we sought to report the experience of developing a group of adolescents / youth in CAPSad III, located in Distrito Federal, and the main repercussions of this experience. Thereby, the proposal was developed with the aim of enhancing establishing bonds between the young and the community, through actions that foster the strengthening of the network and the care processes in mental health. The group was organized according to a schedule of weekly actions which used the field diary to record the information and to plan the actions. Among the observed results, we can mentioned: the perception of participants about the group as a space for reflection and exchange of experiences; the group constitution as a local for self-care and strengthening of bonds socio-cultural, and the construction of individual and collective mechanisms to previne risk behaviors. The group allowed teenagers to recognize the resources available in the community and identify theirselves as a protagonist of your development.
