With the National Primary Care Policy and the Primary Health Care Policy of the Federal District, there was a redirection of Primary Care professionals to Family Health teams. The professionals who worked on the so-called "traditional" conception started to participate in educational interventions in order to mobilize them about the new model that they would integrate. The objective of this study was to evaluate the immediate impact of the educational interventions carried out in 2017 with a Transition team in Ceilândia / DF, after that, to compare Transition Team with an Family Health team inserted in the Family Health Strategy model of care. This is an intervention project carried out in three stages that comprise the territorial diagnosis; planning and execution of intervention workshops and comparing the results obtained through the application of a questionnaire structured on a four-point Likert scale. The responses from the application of this instrument to Transition team were compared with the responses from Family Health team. The comparison of the answers showed that the difficulty of assimilating structuring concepts to the work process of the teams is present in both Transition team and Family Health team. The difficulties to consolidate the Family Health Strategy model are present both in teams that are in the initial conversion process and in teams whose work process is structured in this model.
