Abstract

This Technical Notebook aims to disseminate information and guidelines for the planning, contracting, execution and evaluation of the provision of specialized Hospital Cleaning services - CATSER 25194. As provided for in Decree No. 39.978/2019 and Normative Instruction No. 5/2017 of the Ministry of Planning , the provision of this service is intended to support the carrying out of activities essential to the fulfillment of the institutional mission of the GDF.
