Abstract

Considering the guidelines of the SUS, as well as the prioritization of State policies for Health, defined by the Ministry of Health, the Nursing Uniprofessional Residency Program in a Surgical Center constitutes one of the pillars of health care, in all the levels of care, especially due to the need for qualification of care by the SUS and health policies and programs that enable the systematization/standardization of actions and, consequently, improving the efficiency, efficacy and effectiveness of perioperative care for SUS users. The objective of the program on screen is to specialize Nurses to work in perioperative care in Health Care Networks, providing support for care, teaching, research and management, in accordance with the principles of the Unified Health System (SUS), the National Humanization Policy, the National Patient Safety Program, the National Hospital Care Policy and the National Primary Care Policy.
