Telehealth care is remote user care, using information technology remotely, online, by videoconference or telephone, social and psychological support, and health follow-up. With the pandemic of COVID 19, it was considered an alternative for health care, ensuring the social distance instituted by health authorities. Aiming to better understand the scenario of psychological tele-care in times of pandemic, we conducted this study, which aims to analyze them. To do so, we undertook an integrative review of studies available on the platform of the Virtual Health Library - VHL, in the databases MEDLINE, LILACS and IBECS. The results showed that there was a significant adherence to psychological telecare with success in several areas such as individual and group psychotherapeutic care, psychological support to health professionals, remote care in multidisciplinary teams, screening and diagnosis by psychological tests online.
