Gestational trophoblastic disease (GTD) is a group of placental diseases that can be classified as Complete Hydatidiform Spring (CMH) and Partial (PMH), which are able to evolve into invasive and/or malignant forms. Faced with this anomaly during pregnancy, women are exposed to two potentially traumatic situations: abortion and this disease. In this case, the psychological follow-up service is delineated by interventions that facilitate the expression of feelings and elaboration of the situation experienced. We report the experience of the insertion of the psychology service in the Mola outpatient clinic of a regional hospital at Federal District, reference in the care of the disease, which proposes interventions focused on the demands of the users of this service. We realize the relevance of the role of psychology oriented to the psychological support of patients and the importance of multidisciplinary work in line with the principle of integrality of SUS.
