Introduction: The Epidemiological Surveillance and Immunization Nucleus (NVEPI) is directly subordinated to the Regional Directorate of Primary Health Care (DIRAPS) of the Superintendence of the Western Health Region of the Federal District (SRSOE). It concentrates the immunizations and serums that are distributed to the Basic Health Units (UBS) in the region, in addition to developing the work of notifications of diseases. Objectives: Through problematization, create a project that enables the construction of a new building structure for the SRSOE's NVEPI. Methods: Using the Arch of Maguerez from reality to identify existing problems, their causes and possible solutions. Results: A written project was prepared based on the Ministry of Health's Cold Network Manual and plants were created through the ScketchUp program, so that the visualization of the project was optimized. Conclusion: The project was presented to DIRAPS and the
Superintendent of the Western Region, who showed great interest in this, as there is no Cold Chain in the DF that follows the manual and the request for a new structure was formalized via the Electronic Information System, finally the project is under analysis by the Undersecretary of Health Infrastructure (UHI) after being referred by the Undersecretary of Comprehensive Health Care (UCHC).
