Atuação Multiprofissional de uma Nutricionista Residente na Gestão à Saúde da Criança: Relato de Experiência

Introduction: The inclusion of nutritionists in multidisciplinary work provides practical experiences in the diversity of demands in the Unified Health System. Objective: To report the experience lived in Child Health Management, as a resident nutritionist, highlighting the work in a multiprofessional team. Method: Descriptive, qualitative study, in the form of an experience report. The Technical Reference on children's health of the Municipal Health Department of Belém, as a component of the Health Care Network in the Municipality, constitutes a favorable space for the performance of the Multiprofessional Residency in Primary Care. Among the actions developed by the resident nutritionist, participation in team meetings, training for network professionals, monitoring of basic health units and assistance in the implementation of programs aimed at children's health stand out. Results: The work carried out allowed great learning associated with collective action and the development of skills necessary to promote comprehensive child health care in the municipality. Conclusion: The possibility of multidisciplinary work for the nutritionist is enriching, as the sharing of knowledge and exchange of experiences can broaden the professional's view, contributing to comprehensive care.
