Abstract

Introduction: Covid-19 is an infectious respiratory disease, caused by SARS-CoV-2. This disease appeared in China and, subsequently, there are cases on all continents, being declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO). Objective: to describe the implementation of the new coping protocols in Covid-19 in a Basic Health Unit (UBS) in Federal District. Methods: this is a cross-sectional study of the monitoring actions of users with suspected flu syndromes based on the Coronavirus Clinical Management Protocol (Covid-19) in Primary Health Care (PHC). A survey was carried out from March 19, 2020 to May 11, 2020. Results: 194 projects were carried out with users related to Covid-19 in GSAP. Mostly males (52%). The most attended age group was children from 0 to 10 years old (24.7%). A more prevalent comorbidity was the Systemic Arterial Hypertension (SAH) on those users who had some other chronic disease. Telephone contact was not possible in 48.5% of the participants. Conclusion: The implementation of the Impact Protocol in a Positive Way in the Monitoring of Users with Flu Syndrome who will seek care at the UBS. The need to create other strategies to contact users besides telephone contact was identified.
