Objective: to carry out an evidence synthesis bringing together publications related to the subject in order to investigate the effectiveness of interventions used in the treatment of non-synostotic cranial asymmetry in infants. Methods: systematic review designed according to PRISMA P-2020, registered in PROSPERO, the study design was carried out in accordance with the PICOS strategy, structured with studies from the last 10 years, from the following databases: Virtual Health Library (VHL), PubMed®, COCHRANE, Scielo and PEDro. Results: 5 eligible studies were identified, evaluating 293 infants of both sexes. The variables analyzed were type of intervention, assessment of AC and DNPM and presence of torticollis or reduced ROM. Conclusion: favorable outcome to physiotherapeutic intervention with manual therapy, mainly in the gain and symmetry of cervical rotation ROM and greater gain in DNPM. Cranial orthosis was demonstrated with a method with no significant difference from the expectant management of PP.
