The Multiprofessional Health Residences (MHR) propose proactive, autonomous professional training with positive implementations in assistance. The Concept Map (CM) promotes meaningful learning by relating comprehensive and selective concepts, facilitating the hierarchical sequencing of content, and offering appropriate stimuli. Therefore, the aim of this Systematic Review (SR) is to analyze whether the MC promotes meaningful learning in the RMS. Methodology: SR outlined with PRISMA P-2015, accepted in PROSPERO, structured with articles from the last 5 years, from the following databases: CINAHL, LILACS, EMBASE, Web Of Science, SCOPUS, PubMed/MEDLINE, SciELO, BVS, EPOC, EDUC@, Edubase, OECDEducation, ERIC, PSYCINFO, GOOGLE SCHOLAR. Results: There were 12 eligible articles, 75% observational, 80% favoring MC as a learning strategy, 50% for reflection/critical thinking, and 67% conducted in higher education. The GRADE showed strong recommendation in 50% of the analyzed outcomes. Conclusion: The KMC favors meaningful learning in health and the evaluative process, stimulating proactivity, autonomy, and critical thinking.
